STEM Hacks 2023
The immersive hackathon-style competition where students showcased their STEM and Python coding skills by solving an exciting automotive-themed coding challenge has been concluded!
The Ultimate Hackathon for Ontario's Youth
STEM Hacks is a yearly competition organized by Mathstronauts, where groups of 4 to 5 participants come together to tackle an exciting hands-on design and development challenge focused on STEM.
With guidance from mentors from universities or industries, student teams develop solutions to a given problem and present them to a panel of judges. They are evaluated based on the teams’ knowledge, technical skills, and creativity in design. At the final ceremony, the top projects are showcased, and prizes are awarded to the most outstanding designs.
STEM Hacks 2023
STEM Hacks 2023 will be a unique opportunity for secondary school students to perform, compete and excel in a hackathon style environment.
The core focus of the competition is to learn and apply their Python coding skills, presentation skills, and/or creativity in a automotive-themed STEM challenge.
